Production time is around 10 days. 50% deposit by bank transfer to start formal production, and 50% balance by credit card (If over 50% design changed like new design, all should be bank transfer.) after HD production pictures/ video sent to QC before delivery. Customized desk is nearly impossible to sell to other clients. If you are not sure the final work, we offer 3D design service $150 with 1~2 small small edits for free. Please note customized work can not be cancelled after formal production starts or returned except big quality issues! All are covered with insurance, please check outside package & inside desk （easily open by unscrewing the top panel of wood box ） if any damage before sign with video or picture proof so that insurance can cover the delivery damage if any!
