These Terms of Service govern your use of the website www.m2-retail.eu and all purchase transactions placed with EU M2 Retail. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to accept the following terms in full.
1. Product & Customization Terms
Our products include standard ready-made reception desks and fully customized commercial furniture, including reception desk, retail display cabinets, manicure table, logo & signages and venue-specific furniture, etc. All customized items are tailor-made according to customer size, color, material and structural requirements. Once production starts, customized orders cannot be cancelled or returned for personal preference reasons.
Standard product parameters, color codes (mainly use Pantone color system) and material descriptions follow official industry standards. Minor visual differences caused by screen display deviation, normal craftsmanship splicing and material natural aging are not regarded as product defects.
2. Fire-Proof & Commercial Standard
If requested to use fire-rated material, we can upgrade the material for your order. Our commercial furniture can be equipped with DIN4102 B1 fire-resistant laminate materials if requested. Official fire test certificates can be provided for EU local venue inspection requirements upon customer request.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
For customized engineering orders, we provide free CAD layout design service after order placed. Bulk wholesale orders enjoy tiered discount policies.
Standard payment term: 50% deposit before production, and the remaining balance & 100% shipping paid before shipment. All production will start only after deposit confirmation.
4. DDP Delivery Service for EU Countries
We provide DDP door-to-door delivery service covering all EU member states. All tariffs, local VAT, customs clearance fees and handling charges are fully included in the quotation. No hidden fees will be charged to customers.
5. Order Confirmation & Production Rules
All dimensions, colors, materials and design details must be confirmed by the customer before mass production. Any modification requested after production starts will generate additional material and labor costs, which shall be borne by the customer.
6. Website Usage & Privacy Compliance
All website data collection, cookie usage and personal information processing strictly comply with GDPR regulations. User data will only be used for order processing, after-sales service and authorized marketing activities. You may adjust your cookie and data consent preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.
7. Dispute Resolution
For EU consumers, any disputes shall follow local EU consumer protection laws. Customers have the right to submit disputes to local EU consumer dispute resolution authorities if unresolved via our internal support.
8. Warranty & After-Sales Guarantee
In compliance with EU consumer protection law, we provide a minimum 2-year legal warranty for all main furniture structures and physical cabinet components against manufacturing defects under normal indoor commercial and residential use. Damage caused by human error, improper use, collision or artificial destruction is not covered by this warranty. Exception for electrical accessories: Light fixtures, LED lights, transformers and electronic parts are covered by a 1-year limited warranty only, due to their wearable electronic characteristics. This legal warranty covers factory structural defects and product non-conformity. For verified manufacturing quality issues within the valid warranty period, replacement parts and related shipping costs are fully covered by us at no cost to the purchaser. Warranty coverage doesnot apply to damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, human collision, natural material aging, normal craftsmanship texture differences, paint yellowing, and deterioration caused by long-term light exposure or humid environments. On-site after-sales maintenance or on-site replacement service is not included. Any replacement requests caused by non-quality issues, out-of-warranty conditions, or human damage will require the purchaser to cover both part cost and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to update these terms occasionally to match business adjustments and legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on our official website.
