To be eligible for a return, please restore the table to its original packaging (including soft packaging inside the wooden box and outer wooden box packaging) and prepare your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product is to be returned for reasons other than quality issues (not wanted, bought wrong, disliked, very small cracks, or Inevitable phenomena in craftsmanship, such as joining seams, black edges, etc.), the purchaser will have to pay the delivery fees for the product both sent & return (EU Reception has warehouse in Melbourne Australia and CA/NJ USA, UK, more coming. Great Purchase

Looked for a desk for a while and found what I wanted was in the multiple thousands of $$ at local stores, so I checked online and found this desk at a reasonable price, after contact Haimi, there is more discount for Singpore delivery, total is only $998 for the 1.8m long reception desk. because it is in stock, it arrived in 2 weeks after payment, very quick, and strong package, even it' s not solid wood made, but very sturdy, the drawers don't wobble at all, and the surface is beautifully finished.
One note, the desk is lighter in color overall than the one shown in the image on M2Retail. Not a big deal but worth noting.
